There's no lemon in my kitchen, the original recipe of these cookies is using lemon. I want theese cookies... Why not ! I find lime there, they are the same citrus, aren't they ?
Grate the zest, squeeze the lime, bake the cookies !
Here in my place, lemon can't find easy, you have to go to a big supermarket for it, but I cannot guarantee you'll find it. But limes.., we can find them in every traditional market.
Hmm... it's so crunchy.., lime flavoured.., delicious..., yummy ! One bite never enough... ...Wanna try some? Come to my kitchen, there're cookies in the jar !
